Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind everything we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 30 days and we'll replace it or give you a refund. Please read "Returns" below for more information.

Shipping Options

Shipping options are available for most apparel and accessory items. Orders typically ship within one business day of being placed.

Due to our dealer agreements, some bikes may not be eligible for shipping.

In-Store Pickup

In-store pickup is free for all items, including bikes and oversized products. Most orders will be ready within one business day. Please keep in mind that some items may require additional processing time to transfer from off-site locations. Other items may require additional processing time for assembly. We will call or email you once your order is ready for pickup. 

If you need an item right away, please call us to confirm that the product is available before heading over to our store. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders need to be picked up within 30 days or a 10% restocking fee will be charged.

Information Security

We protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts all of the information you provide to us and prevents outside parties from being able to "see" your transaction information. When your account information is displayed on your screen, we only display the last five digits of your credit card numbers. You also have the choice of whether or not to save credit card information with us in your Online Account.

We sometimes use other companies (third-party service providers) to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include fulfilling orders and delivering packages. They need access to some personal information in order to perform their duties but may not use this information for other purposes.


Brockton Cyclery strives to help you make informed purchases, however, in the case that you need to return something we will accept your return within 30 days of purchase (final sale exclusions below). To initiate an online return, please contact us at with the following information:

  • Order number and product name.

  • Reason for return.

  • Please note if the product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Returned items must be in clean, new condition. This includes:

  • All original labels and tags

  • All original packaging

  • overall cleanliness 

  • any returns made that do not follow the above guidelines are subject to a refund denial/restocking fee. 

Returns are accepted both in store and by mail. Return shipping on online orders will be at the expense of the buyer unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please post to:

Once received and approved, you will receive notification of your refund.

Receipts must be present for a refund. Returns without a receipt will be processed as store credit.


To process an exchange, please follow the steps to return your item and then purchase the correct item in a separate order.

Final Sale

There are some items which we do not accept for return or exchange unless the product is defective, or incorrect.  If an item you're looking at is on the list, please reach out to us via phone or email and we’ll assist you in making an informed purchase.  

The following items are not eligible for a refund OR exchange:

  • All bicycles

  • All products marked as "sale" 

  • All products purchased using a discount code exceeding 10% off

  • Electronics (including but not limited to all Wahoo, inReach Mini, and Garmin cycling computers, sensors, and accessories)

  • Products associated with hygiene  (including but not limited to underwear, liner shorts, chamois cream, water bottles, hydration bladders)

  • Nutritional and food products

New Bike Service Plan

With the purchase of a new bike at Brockton Cyclery, you are entitled to our service plan. Accessories purchased at the same time as the bike will have free installation (excluding metal fenders and dynamo lighting). Between 6-10 weeks from the date of purchase you can bring your bike in for a warranty brake, gear, and wheel adjustment, to account for the break in period. Within 12 months from the date of purchase, you are entitled to one tune up billed at half price (parts and additional labour billed at regular rate). Break in adjustments booked more than 10 weeks after the purchase of the bike may be billed as your half price tune, at the discretion of the service writer on duty.

Abandoned Bike Policy

Repaired bicycles should be claimed within 7 days of workorder completion. Bicycles left 30 days after completion of service will incur $100 storage fees per month. Bicycles left beyond 90 days are considered abandoned and will be donated / disposed of. We do not place repeated calls as pickup reminders.

Prices and Information

Our website is intended to help you. We make every effort to maintain current, accurate prices in our online catalog. And we strive for similar accuracy and timeliness with the other information we offer here. However, inventory or pricing errors may occur, and we reserve the right to decline or cancel any orders where mistakes or discrepancies in price or stock status exist regardless of the source of the error.
