The EM LOADER boasts a sweet spot on size and utility for extended day rides, particularly when used in conjunction with a small seat pack like the UT Loader. Occupying a reasonable space within the bike’s front triangle, the EM attaches with broad velcro straps to the top tube and with a pair of cam buckles to the down tube- typically with the pack slid all the way forward to meet the intersection at the head tube. This positioning provides for both accessibility for the rider, while underway, as well as preventing the bag from wanting to walk out of position. The EM incorporates two separate pockets- a main larger capacity pocket that will accommodate arm or leg warmers and a light jacket, some tools, snacks etc… and a slimmer side pocket that is perfect for a map, cell phone, keys or any variety of slim, less cumbersome items.
